Times GP offers house calls. If you require this service, please contact us to make a booking.
2 HOURS FREE CAR PARK & ACCESSIBILITY
Times GP is located on the ground floor of Times Square Building.
There is lift access from FREE Customer car parking (2P) under the building, carpark entrance is via Zamia Street, just past HanaroMart Korean grocery.
There is a drop-off zone right in front of the Times Square building, in front of ANZ bank.
Appointments & Fees
This is a mixed billing practice. Payment in full is required at time of the consultation.
Fee updates from 1 January 2024
Starting from 1 January 2024, there will be an adjustment in our fee structure. We believe in providing quality healthcare, and this adjustment is essential to ensure that we can continue delivering the highest standard of service.
WEEKDAYS (Monday to Friday, applicable to all GPs):

For patients with appointments scheduled from 1 January 2024 to 31 January 2024, and booked before 25 November 2023, the previous fee structure will continue to apply.

Cancellation Policy
If you have made a booking with Times GP, but you do not need or are unable to attend your booked appointment, please cancel your appointment before 8am of the day of your appointment.
You are able to cancel your appointment by:
1) replying ‘NO’ to our SMS reminder, or
2) call 3518 8888 and speak to our staff.
Please note that a fee of $50 will apply if you fail to attend your appointment without adequate cancellation.
No further appointments with Times GP, for you and your family, can be made until this fee is paid.
Our staff needs time to identify those in need of our appointment slots, and to contact those patients who are on the waiting list in order to plan their attendance.
Times GP is a family-friendly clinic for patients and staff. Our doctors have a limited amount of time slots and a non-attended appointment is never recoverable.
